Save the Bees: Family Camp Exploring Day
August 29th 10am-12pm
Learn, explore, and help protect our pollinator friends—together.
Join us for a fun and educational day dedicated to one of nature’s most important helpers—the bees! Save the Bees Day invites families to explore the fascinating world of pollinators through hands-on activities, outdoor exploration, and creative projects.
Throughout the day, campers and their families will learn why bees are so important to our environment and how we can all play a role in protecting them. Activities may include building bee hotels, planting pollinator-friendly flowers, participating in interactive games, and creating bee-inspired crafts to take home.
We hope to offer opportunities to observe bees up close and hear from local experts (as available), making this a truly memorable and engaging experience for all ages.
This event is all about curiosity, connection, and caring for the world around us—while having a whole lot of fun as a family.
Important Details:
- This is not a drop-off event — a parent or guardian must attend with their child(ren).
- Adults attend free with a registered child.
